Axon Fresh delivers everywhere in Singapore except to the restricted zones such as army camps, prisons and offshore islands.

What is Axon Fresh? What services do you provide?

Axon Fresh is an everyday, scheduled, temperature-controlled delivery service. We are here to support your business to reach a wider customer base without the hassle involved. We offer islandwide delivery options whilst ensuring the highest food safety standards & protocols.

Do you provide on-demand deliveries?

No, we are a scheduled delivery service provider. We require merchants to submit their delivery requests by 5pm the day prior.

What type of goods do you deliver?

We specialize in delivering perishables / temperature-sensitive products, namely food and beverage items that need to be kept chilled in order to maintain their freshness. Such items include dairy products, coffee, cream cakes, and many more. We use a range of storage methods to make sure the items stay chilled from the point of collection until the customer’s doorstep.

The maximum weight and size limit for our deliveries at the standard rate shall not exceed 10kg in weight or 40cm x 25cm x 25cm in size. Additional charges do apply for sending items beyond the size and weight limit and we reserve the right to not accept deliveries that are oversized / not suited for our delivery vehicles. For deliveries that have special requirements beyond the scope defined above, do reach out for a discussion with us.

What measures do you take to ensure my perishable products will not suffer being in the vehicle for so long?

We deploy industrial-grade solutions to ensure that your perishables are delivered under the optimal handling temperature and conditions throughout the transit from collection to delivery. In addition, all our drivers are trained to handle products with due care and diligence. They are experienced and can be trusted to handle food products without compromise.

Are my items insured during transportation?

If the items are damaged during transit due to mistakes from our end, Axon Fresh is prepared to pay up to 50% of the retail value of the item or SGD50, whichever is lower.

What is the delivery process like?

Merchants submit to us their delivery list by 5pm the day before. Our team will collect the goods between 8:00AM - 11:00AM (to be advised upon discussion). Deliveries to customers will be conducted between 12:00PM - 6.30PM (and 7.00PM - 10.00PM for Monday-Friday only).

Last-minute changes and additions are subject to availability and will incur an admin fee.

Is there a minimum number of deliveries?

To be eligible for pick-up, we have a minimum requirement of 5 delivery locations. If you are looking to send to less than 5 locations, the minimum charge will be equivalent to that for 5 locations.

Alternatively, you can drop your items at our hub and be eligible for the standard per-location rate.

What is the lead time for submission of orders? How early do you need to know the orders for a given day?

We expect merchants to provide us with their delivery list by 5pm the day prior.

Do you provide delivery tracking?

Yes, we do. A tracking link is sent out to all the recipients via SMS or email. You can also monitor the progress of ongoing deliveries via your account.

What are the requirements to apply?

You must be a Singaporean citizen, at least 21 years of age, and possess a car or van.

How much should I expect to earn?

You can earn up to $30/hour. We also have a milestone-based incentive scheme to reward you for your hard work.

What kind of vehicle do I need?

Any car (sedans, SUVs) or van will do.

Can I drive for Axon while still keeping my other jobs?

Yes, as long as you communicate with us your availability for deliveries.

How will I get paid?

You will be paid on a biweekly basis through bank transfer.
